Madison Southern— Job Title: Head Volleyball Coach Head Girls Volleyball Coach – Madison Southern High School Location: Berea, Kentucky Position Type: Part-Time/Stipend (Note: Teaching positions are currently available within the district and can be applied for separately) About the Program Madison Southern High School is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and resilient Head Coach to lead our Volleyball program. We are looking for a leader who values mentoring young athletes on and off the court just as much as X's and O's. Key Responsibilities Lead the Varsity Team: Serve as the Head Coach for the high school Volleyball team, managing all aspects of practice, game strategy, and player development. Staff Development: Actively recruit, train, and mentor assistant and feeder program coaches to ensure alignment from youth levels through high school. Required Qualifications/Trainings (can be completed after the hiring process) CPR Certification NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching Emergency Action Plan KMA/KHSAA Sports Safety Course Preferred Qualifications: Previous head coaching or assistant coaching experience is preferred, but not required.
