Valid Arizona Teaching or Substitute Teaching Certificate (VARSITY HEAD COACH POSITIONS ONLY).
Complete each of the following criteria from the National Federation of State High School Associations online at www.nfhslearn.org (Level 1 Certification):
NFHS Fundamental of Coaching (Level 1)
NFHS Concussion in Sports
Current CPR Certification
Current AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
