?? Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced coach to lead and develop our student-athletes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to student development, and the ability to foster a positive and competitive team environment.
?? Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective practice plans and game strategies.
Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and academic achievement among student-athletes.
Organize and supervise all team activities, including practices, games, and events.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, staff, and the broader community.
Ensure compliance with all district, state, and athletic association policies and regulations.
? Required Qualifications
Arizona Coaching Certificate issued by the Arizona Department of Education.
Current Arizona IVP or Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Completion of the following NFHS (National Federation of State High School Associations) online courses:
Fundamentals of Coaching
Concussion in Sports
Heat Illness Prevention
Bullying, Hazing, and Inappropriate Behavior
Current CPR and First Aid Certification
?? Preferred Qualifications
Previous high school or collegiate coaching experience.
Demonstrated ability to articulate coaching philosophies and practice plans.
Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
