Prescott High School is looking to hire the Head Softball coach for the 26/27 season. Applicants should possess coaching experience, background necessary to teach and evaluate student-athletes sport specific skills, and a determination to maintain a program that emphasizes effort, positive character development, and academic excellence. A qualified applicant, will possess the following or be able to obtain:
1. Valid Arizona Teaching, Substitute or Arizona Coaching Certificate issued by Arizona Department of Education (Must hold a Bachelor's Degree)
2. Have completed each of the following criteria from the National Federation of State High School Associations online at
www.nfhslearn.org
(Level 1 Certification):
-NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching Certificate
-NFHS Sport Specific Course xxxxxx
-NFHS Concussion in Sports - What You Need to Know certificate
-Current CPR & First Aid Certification
-Current AZ IVP or Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
