Trinity High School is seeking dedicated and experienced coaches for the following sports: Immediate need for assistant Boys Soccer Coach (Fall 2026); Head Boys Lacrosse Coach (Spring 2026); Head Softball Coach (Spring 2026); JV Baseball Coach (Spring 2026). Ideal candidates will have passion for their sports, while emphasizing teamwork, skill development, and sportsmanship. As the Head Coach, you will play a key role in mentoring athletes, coordinating practices, and fostering a positive and inclusive team environment that is in line with Trinity's faith and mission statement. Coach Responsibilities/Qualifications: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance athletes' skills. Provide guidance and support to athletes. Foster a positive team culture by promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect among athletes. Coordinate practice schedules, competitions, and team events to ensure smooth operations. Conduct regular performance evaluations to track athletes' progress and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with assistant coaches and staff to ensure effective communication and program coordination. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols during training sessions and competitions. Open Communication with Athletic Director. Proven experience in coaching. Strong knowledge of operations, athlete development principles, and training techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes of all ages. Experience working with students or children in a coaching or mentoring capacity. Certification in sports coaching or relevant fields is preferred. Ability to demonstrate leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. Ability to use technology.
