LEGACY Youth Tennis & Education is a nationally recognized, award-winning nonprofit based in East Falls, Philadelphia. For 75 years, we’ve been preparing youth for success through our inclusive community — using tennis, education and character programming. We are a USTA Foundation NJTL chapter and one of the few organizations in the country designated as a USTA TEAM USA training site.

We’re not looking for someone to fill court time. We’re building a coaching staff that develops the next generation of top American tennis players — and the character to match. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Deliver high-performance on-court coaching across clinics, private lessons, and camps at all levels
Maintain and communicate a clear player development pathway within and across programs
Implement USTA Player Development philosophies across all programming
Provide timely, professional communication and exceptional service to players and families
Maintain a presence at local tournaments where your players compete
Participate in coaches meetings, professional development activities, and special events
Assist with court maintenance, equipment, enrollment, and attendance
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
3+ years of teaching/coaching experience
PTR or USPTA certification (or actively pursuing)
4+ years of high-level playing or coaching experience
High energy, reliability, and initiative — you set the standard on court
Strong communicator with players, parents, and colleagues
Team-first mentality; thrives in a diverse, mission-driven environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required
WHAT YOU GET
$55,000–$100,000 annually (privates and group training combined), commensurate with experience and qualifications
