POSITION SUMMARY
The School Coach works under the direction of the Assistant Activities Director. They should
be a creative motivator, have effective communication skills, and possess a positive coaching style. This
person must also set appropriate level expectations for their sports team while maintaining strong,
healthy relationships with students, parents, teachers, and administrators.
