JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with all aspects of the Girls Volleyball Program including player development, game strategies, and team leadership.
Assist with tryouts, practices, and games.
Is knowledgeable about the game, particularly game management, and rules.
Assist with the development and execution of an effective training program.
Motivate and mentor student-athletes on and off the Court.
Instruct and guide student-athletes in fundamental skills, strategies, and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success.
Instruct and guide student-athletes to lead them to the formulation and enhancement of moral values, pride of accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline, and self-confidence.
Foster teamwork, discipline, respect, sportsmanship, and skills development.
Ensure the safety and well-being of student-athletes.
