Purpose of Position: The Girls' Swim Coach will oversee the West Girls' Swim Program and instruct the varsity high school swim team. They are responsible for helping each student-athlete gain success by reaching their full potential in the classroom and in the pool. Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervise the Girls Swim program coaching staff including Assistant/JV/Freshman coaches.
