Position Title: Head Girls Swim Coach
Department: La Follette High School Athletics Department
Reports to: Scott Swanson La Follette High School Athletic Director
Purpose of Position: The Head Girls Swim Coach will oversee the entire La Follette Girls Swim Program and instruct the varsity high school swim team. Responsible for helping each student-athlete reach their full potential in the classroom and in the pool.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervise the swim program coaching staff including Assistant coaches.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee training of swimmers in all events in conjunction with the other coaches.
Develop training plans for swimmers in conjunction with the other coaches.
Assist in overseeing the running of specific events as needed at home competitions as directed by the Athletic Director.
Contribute to meet line-up planning with other coaches....
