Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire Girls Flag Football Program.
Have the knowledge and experience needed to implement this program.
Is knowledgeable about the game, particularly game management, and rules.
Demonstrated knowledge in offensive and defensive skills, passing, receiving, punting, kickoff, throwing, and catching.
Develop, monitor, supervise, and train young women to play competitive Flag Football.
Develop and execute an effective training program.
Motivate and mentor young women on and off the Field.
Instruct and guide student-athletes in fundamental skills, strategies, and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success.
Instruct and guide student-athletes to lead them to the formulation and enhancement of moral values, pride of accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline, and self-confidence.
Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and skills development.
Manage game strategies and proper game day procedures.
