Qualifications: Education:     BA Degree (Note: only in very special and unusual situations, the county Substitute requirements may be sufficient). Experience:   Sufficient participation in the designated sport where basic skills and techniques of the game are learned and some mastered.  Previous assistant or head coaching experience is desired.
