TITLE: Assistant Coach-Esports QUALIFICATIONS: Demonstrates skill, experience, or a strong understanding of competitive gaming, team coordination, and esports culture. Experience working with students in a coaching, mentoring, or instructional role preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and the public. Knowledge of esports titles sanctioned by the district or relevant governing bodies (e.g., Rocket League, League of Legends, Super Smash Bros., etc.). Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
