Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Varsity Head Softball with the Girls Softball Program.
Is knowledgeable about the game, particularly game management, and rules.
Assist in developing, monitoring, supervising, and training student-athletes to play Softball.
Assist with developing and executing an effective training program.
Motivate and mentor student-athletes on and off the Field.
Instruct and guide student-athletes in fundamental skills, strategies, and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success.
Instruct and guide student-athletes to lead them to the formulation and enhancement of moral values, pride of accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline, and self-confidence.
Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and skills development.
Ensure the safety and well-being of student-athletes.
