Winter Sideline Cheer Head Coach
SPRINGBORO HIGH SCHOOL
SUMMARY: This person will be employed on a supplemental contract and be assigned duties of head winter sideline cheerleading advisor for High School activities. Reports to Athletic Director.
DUTIES AND PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS:
Supervisory responsibilities for practice sessions and scheduled home and away games.
Organize and set all practice sessions.
Distribute, collect and maintain an inventory of all equipment and uniforms.
Keep all necessary records and forms.
Cooperate with all concerned in the athletic programs at Springboro.
Maintain discipline at all practice sessions and games.
Promote school and student pride by requiring cheerleaders to behave in an appropriate and respectful manner when dealing with officials, players, coaches, spectators, and school personnel.
