QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of two (2) years coaching experience at the middle school or high school level. Strong knowledge and understanding of Michigan High School Athletic Association (MHSAA) rules and regulations. Ability to motivate and connect with students from diverse backgrounds. Strong communication skills interacting with students, parents, and staff. Basic knowledge of athletic safety practices and training. Certification in First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain).
