Responsible for helping each student-athlete reach their full potential in the classroom and in the pool. Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervise the swim program coaching staff including Assistant coaches. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee training of swimmers in all events in conjunction with the other coaches. Develop training plans for swimmers in conjunction with the other coaches.
