Demonstrate strong knowledge and understanding of the sport. Provide instruction on fundamental skills and strategies to student-athletes. Motivate and inspire students to excel both academically and athletically. Maintain professionalism and serve as a positive role model for student-athletes. Previous coaching experience is preferred; varsity or collegiate-level experience is highly desirable. Must be at least 21 years old. Education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.
