Job Responsibilities: Serve as Varsity Head Cross Country Coach for both the Girls and Boys Program. Direct, train, and motivate student-athletes to enhance long distance running. Direct and train student-athletes to enhance performance in Cross Country. Develop and execute an effective training program. Monitor, mentor, and motivate student-athletes on and off the Circuit. Ensure the safety and well-being of student-athletes. Instruct and guide student-athletes in fundamental skills, strategies, and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success. Instruct and guild student-athletes to lead them to the formulation and enhancement of moral values, pride of accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline, and self-confidence.
