25-26 - La Follette - Swim - Head Coach (Girls) Athletics La Follette High Employment Type: Exempt Position Title: Head Girls Swim Coach Department: La Follette High School Athletics Department Reports to: Scott Swanson La Follette High School Athletic Director Purpose of Position: The Head Girls Swim Coach will oversee the entire La Follette Girls Swim Program and instruct the varsity high school swim team. Responsible for helping each student-athlete reach their full potential in the classroom and in the pool. Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervise the swim program coaching staff including Assistant coaches. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee training of swimmers in all events in conjunction with the other coaches. Develop training plans for swimmers in conjunction with the other coaches.
