JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee all aspects of the Boys Junior Varsity (JV) Volleyball Team including player development, game strategies, and team leadership. Oversee all aspects of the JV Volleyball Program tryouts, practices, and games. Is knowledgeable about the game, particularly game management, and rules. Develop and execute an effective training program. Motivate and mentor student-athletes on and off the Court. Instruct and guide student-athletes in fundamental skills, strategies, and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success. Instruct and guide student-athletes to lead them to the formulation and enhancement of moral values, pride of accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline, and self-confidence.
