Self-directed professional with the knowledge and experience to work effectively in the field with learning support teachers, assess program quality and provide feedback to supervisors in order to sustain and develop high quality programs and practices. Design and implementation of staff-development sessions. Support teachers in program planning, IEP development, technology application and classroom management.

Coaching and Modeling of current instructional, social/emotional programs and lesson plan design with intensive support for new teachers
Developing a framework for organization and management of the learning support classroom including effective use of para professionals
Problem solving to meet the needs of the multiple learning profiles and social/emotional weaknesses of students within the present-day learning support programs
