Northwest High School Reserve Boys Soccer Coach LPS assistant coaches are expected to be organized, hard-working, and fundamentally sound in the sport of soccer, as well as have the desire and ability to develop positive relationships with student-participants, families, and the LPS community. Must have comprehensive knowledge and experience with the sport of soccer to help develop the school’s program. LPS assistant coaches are expected to follow the guidance of their head coaches in organizing and leading practices, regular season and district contests and performances (not to exceed NSAA/LPS allowances); facilitate, manage and provide oversight of the program; maintain required certification and requirements of the position; and lead their teams in NSAA state championship preparation and performances if the team or individuals qualify.
