We are looking to add to our assistants with the right fit of a coaches. Below is what we are looking for to fit within our program. Family, BIG Job, Little Job. Family - Always comes first. I will miss things of my children at times but do my best not too. I encourage you not to miss family related events and such, BUT it needs to be communicated in advance unless emergency. BIG JOB (Off Campus Coaches) - The everyday job the pays the bills. Don't sacrifice you big job for coaching, but find ways to have it balanced. When organized and communicating we can make a lot of situations work.  For me as the head coach I am a football coach who can teach, not a teacher who can coach football.
