Job Responsibilities:
Serve as Throwing Coach for the Track & Field Program.
Develop and train student-athletes to compete in track & field throwing events.
Motivate, mentor, and have a passion for developing student-athletes on and off the Track.
Develop an effective training program.
Instruct and guide student-athletes in fundamental skills, strategies, and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success.
Instruct and guide student-athletes to lead them to the formulation and enhancement of moral values, pride of accomplishments, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline, and self-confidence.
Foster teamwork and sportsmanship.
Cooperate, in a timely manner, with School Athletic Director and the District Athletic Department in regard to requests for pertinent information that might be required periodically.
