Job Description The Associate Head Girls Basketball Coach serves as the second-in-command of the girls basketball program and plays a vital leadership role in supporting the Head Coach while helping oversee all levels of the program. This position combines high-level strategic input with hands-on player development and leadership mentorship. The Associate Head Coach helps ensure continuity, culture, and competitive excellence across varsity and sub-varsity teams.
