ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coach student athletes in area of assigned responsibility * Organize and supervise a total sports program * Establish and maintain good rapport with students, employees, and community members * Maintain a high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality * Promote safe practices to lessen participant injuries * Establish a sense of comradery among our players through teambuilding, fundraising, service projects, etc. * Attend any school district and/or AIA meetings as directed by supervising coach or Athletic Director * Other job related duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: * Certificate verifying completion of the NFHS online "Fundamentals of Coaching" course, or approved equivalent (AIA Rule 17.1) * Certificate verifying completion of the NFHS online "Concussion in Sports - What You Need to Know" course (AIA Rule 17.1) * Current Certification in "Hands on" CPR and First Aid * Must have a Fingerprint Clearance Card with IVP # and pass...
