Job Summary Alta High School is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Swim Coach to support our swim program. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Head Coach to develop athletes' skills, foster team spirit, and promote both competitive success and personal growth in student-athletes. Responsibilities Assist in planning and conducting daily swim practices, dryland workouts, and conditioning sessions. Provide individual feedback to swimmers on stroke technique, starts, turns, and race strategies. Help organize meet lineups, attend meets, and support athletes during competition.
