TITLE: HIGH SCHOOL AND MIDDLE SCHOOL ASSISTANT COACH DEPARTMENT: School QUALIFICATIONS: Must possess valid National Federation of High Schools (NFHS) approved Certificates in the following: Fundamentals of Coaching Concussion in Sports First Aid, Health & Safety Familiar with Arizona Interscholastic Association (AIA) organization and its Bylaws/Policies and Procedures and other requirements (high school level only). Possess or have the ability to obtain a valid Arizona Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card within forty-five (45) days of employment.
