Kishwaukee College is looking for a Softball Assistant Coach to join our program. Apply now. Job Summary This position will work with the Head Coach of the respective sport to assist with aspects of the Kishwaukee College athletic program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, recruitment of student-athletes, practice/game preparation, on field coaching, individual/group training sessions, and monitoring of student-athlete academic progress. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Previous experience coaching and/or playing at the collegiate level preferred Good communication skills Ability to work with diverse populations Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree Physical Demands Position requires moderate physical activity /individual dexterity to demonstrate softball skills.
