Middle School Head Coach   Terms:  This position does not qualify for benefits.  Salary is based on experience and per our Athletic Salary Schedule Column III ($4,500 - $5,400). This position receives two stipends: one for full time head coach of 8th grade ($3,000 - $3,600) and a second half stipend for coaching 7th grade ($1,500 - $1,800)   GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY  The Head coach in each sport assigned is directly responsible to the Athletic Director.  The Head Coach should have a working knowledge of the rules and regulations of the Re-5J Board of Education and the athletic standards of Milliken Middle School. High School Assistant Coach Pool About Weld RE-5J Weld RE 5J is a Rural District with seven schools serving approximately 3,800 students. In the district we have one state of the art newly built high school, one middle school (being remodeled), three elementary schools (two newly built/remodeled), and two charter schools; all schools are within a 15 minute drive of one another making for short distances to travel in the district.
