Empire High School is seeking a Throws Track & Field Coach who is responsible for coaching, developing, and mentoring student-athletes in throwing events, including shot put, discus, hammer, and javelin (as applicable). The coach will design and implement training programs that emphasize proper technique, strength development, safety, sportsmanship, and competitive excellence while supporting the overall goals of the track and field program. Key Responsibilities: Coach and instruct athletes in throwing events (shot put, discus, hammer, and/or javelin) Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance player performance and team success.
