Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Prior coaching experience at the high school or competitive youth level. Valid Florida teaching certificate or valid Department of Education athletic coaching certificate. Valid FHSAA certification. Valid Adult and Child First Aid/CPR/AED certificate issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered. Valid Florida Driver’s License.
