Volleyball Assistant Coach QUALIFICATIONS: All coaches shall have a Valid Arizona Teaching Certificate, Arizona Coaching Certificate, OR have completed the National Federation of High School Associations Level 1 credential within 45 days from the date of hire. The assistant coach must serve as an appropriate role model for student-athletes through his/her instructions and actions. . Has the ability to assist the head coach of a total sports program. Has previous successful coaching experience in assigned sport.
