*This is a VOLUNTEER position* Role Overview Unlike traditional player-development roles, this position focuses on the administrative and tactical engine of the program. You will be responsible for the integrity of our recruiting data and the depth of our opponent scouting. This is a high-visibility role for someone who wants to learn how a program is built from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Recruiting Database Management: Maintain and audit the master recruiting database. Ensure 100% accuracy in communication logs, transcript collection, and financial aid (NPC) status for all Tier 1 targets. Film Evaluation: Review and break down prospective student-athlete (PSA) film. Provide concise, data-driven "Surgical" evaluations based on our 100-point positional scales.
