JOB TITLE: MHS Assistant Baseball Coach - JV EMPLOYMENT TERM: Season consists of approximately 10 weeks and a conference tournament that may require road travel. SUPERVISOR: Athletic Director CLASSIFICATION: Coaching SALARY: Stipend Based DESCRIPTION Coaching is a part-time position and is responsible for the planning, promotion and administration of a quality basketball program. The Assistant Coach will assist the Head Coach with planning and promoting athletic practices, scheduling transportation, coordinating fundraisers when needed, and other team events. The Assistant Coach will enforce all school, conference and Arizona Interscholastic Association rules and regulations. The primary focus of the season will be to improve the high school basketball program and to create a strong foundation of skills and leadership for participants.
