The Assistant Coach supports the Head Coach and the overall Girls Swimming program in all aspects of team management, practice planning, game preparation, and athlete development. This position helps foster a positive team culture while promoting sportsmanship, academic accountability, and adherence to school and athletic department policies. Assistant Coaches receive 76% of head coach's base pay, additional experience may be awarded as well.
