The Head Men's Basketball Coach will have overall responsibility to develop and operate a competitive intercollegiate program by recruiting, retaining, teaching and mentoring quality student-athletes in the program. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Recruit and retain athletically skilled and academically qualified student-athletes into the men's basketball program. 2. Oversee the men's basketball budget. 3.
