Regional School Unit 57 Position: Massabesic Middle School Swim Head Coach Qualifications 1. Ability to organize and supervise a comprehensive athletic program. 2. Previous successful coaching experience in the assigned sport. 3. Substantial knowledge of the technical aspects of swimming, with a commitment to ongoing professional learning and the application of new theories and best practices. 4. Ability to serve as a positive role model for student-athletes through professional conduct, instruction, and leadership.
