Stay knowledgeable of NMAA, District 2-4A, and Los Alamos, rules and regulations. Attend clinics whenever possible to learn new ideas and to stay informed. Inventory and maintain equipment. Explain what is expected fortrack athletes in and out of competition. Work in conjunction with other Coaches. Make sure every athlete has a physical on file. Turn in all paperwork in a timely manner. Apply discipline in a firm, fair and positive manner. Make sure athletes conduct themselves in a proper manner on and off the field. Make sure team treats opponents and officials with respect.
