Partial Stipend Position Lake Zurich High School is seeking an energetic, knowledgeable, and motivational Pole Vault coach to join our Boy's Track & Field program. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, a passion for athlete development, and a deep understanding of pole-vaulting technique and safety. The coach will be responsible for training student-athletes, fostering a positive team culture, and promoting academic and athletic success. Develop and implement structured pole vault training plans for athletes of varying skill levels Teach proper technique, including approach, plant, takeoff, swing-up, inversion, and bar clearance Emphasize athlete safety and proper equipment use at all times Maintain equipment and ensure safe training facilities Model and promote sportsmanship, discipline, teamwork, and academic excellence
