Community Coaches are referred to Human Resource Services for consideration by the individual Athletic Directors at each middle or high school. Applications completed by individuals who have not been referred by a specific school will not be considered. In order to be approved as a community coach for Henry County Schools, you must have the following: 1. Complete application with required references 2. Acceptable criminal background check completed by Henry County Schools 4. GHSA Certification in PREPARE/First Aid and Principles of Coaching 5. Current, valid CPR certification 6.
