Harper Woods High School is looking for a Dance Team/Cheer Athletics/Activities/ to join our program. Apply now. POSITION: JV Cheerleading Coach (Winter) REPORTS TO: Principal, Assistant Principal, and the District Athletic Director TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Seasonal Contract SALARY: Determined by Teacher Master Agreement APPLICATION DEADLINE: Until the position is filled SUMMARY :  A Head Coach must be committed to the personal development of each player on the roster. This includes developing each student athlete's academic, social, emotional, and athletic aspects. It also includes accurately evaluating each player’s skill level and personal learning style, coaching them according to their level and learning style, and teaching them maneuvers and techniques relating to the position in which the player is assigned. A Head Coach must also help students develop a competitive nature, teach them about ethical behavior and good sportsmanship, and assist in developing leadership skills....
