Position Summary This position is for the 2026 season (Multiple Positions) Under direction, the role of the middle school assistant coach is to assist in the planning, development, and implementation of the policies, regulations, guidelines, and procedures pertaining to the middle school sports program. Assistant coaches support the head coach and the athletic program to meet the needs of the athletes, school and district. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities This position has the following expectations and prerequisite abilities. 1. Knowledge and understanding of the basic aspects of the sport. 2.
