The successful candidate will have knowledge of the sport, strong communication skills and be able to teach the fundamentals of baseball to middle school students. Candidate must understand the unique role of the student/athlete and have a strong commitment to values-based coaching. REQUIREMENTS: Previous playing or coaching experience preferred.
