Join our coaching staff!  Maize South High School is seeking a Head Girls Wrestling Coach for the 2026-2027 school year. To instruct students in the fundamental skills, strategy and training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success.  At the same time, the student shall receive instructions that will lead to the formation of pride of accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline and self-confidence. Essential Functions Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Must past background check and TB test.

Purpose: The coach helps students achieve a high level of skill and an appreciation for the values and discipline related to the sport or activity and sportsmanship. The general safety and welfare of each participant shall be the primary concern. The coach provides leadership and coordination in the assigned activity or sport. Qualifications: Licensed teacher or eligible for Rule 10 approval through the Kansas State High School Activities Association (KSHSAA). Preference will be given to current licensed employees of the district. First aid, CPR, and AED certification required. Valid driver’s license required.
