Job Summary Under the immediate supervision of the Director of Sport Performance the incumbent will assist various sports teams with their strength and conditioning program. Key Responsibilities - Perform support services for student athletes in the strength complex as outlined by the Director of Sport Performance. - Motivate student athletes with regards to strength and conditioning. - Manage tracking of training sessions and test results. - Assist with the enforcement and implementation of policies and procedures for the weight room.
