Athletic Strength and Conditioning Coach (Spring), Salem High School, Salem Public Schools [SY2025-2026] Duties: Duties include safety of athletes, writing and supervising workouts for various events, presence at all meets and fundraising. Previous coaching/playing experience required. Directly responsible to the athletic director and head coaches. - Coach individual participants in the skills necessary for excellent achievement in the sport involved. - Maintain accurate records of squad lists, injury reports, scores of games (report to athletic office and newspapers as requested), incident reports, physical examinations. - Be available during the school year to lend assistance in guidance and counseling to his/her team. - Recommends purchase of equipment, supplies as appropriate. - Oversees the safety conditions of the facility of the area in which the assigned sport is played at all times that students are present.
