TITLE Head Strength & Conditioning Coach IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR Director/Assistant Director of Athletics START DATE: As soon as possible GENERAL FUNCTION The Head Strength and Conditioning Coach is responsible for the development and implementation of individual and group strength training programs for high school athletes. A commitment to the safety of student-athletes is MANDATORY. The position requires commitment to approximately 10-12 hours per week, Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays The position requires frequent afternoon and early morning work during the school year.
