JOB DESCRIPTION GENERAL STATEMENT OF JOB The Strength & Conditioning Coach is responsible for designing, implementing, and supervising safe and effective strength, conditioning, and injury-prevention programs for student-athletes. This role supports athletic performance, physical development, and overall student wellness while aligning with school, district, and state athletic guidelines.
